Hi.  My name is Happy Einstein, but I just go by Happy for short.  It’s unbecoming to brag about being a genius after all.  I’ll be turning eleven years old in February, which means that I have now officially entered my golden years.  Don’t let my age fool you though.  You’re only as old you feel and I still feel as good as when I was a young pup.  I LOVE to play.

Lily Rose is a 14 year old (so the shelter says but I am acts much younger. She weighs 6 pounds and 10 ounces. Her foster mom says she is a bundle of love. Lily Rose had surgery to remove some benign mammary masses. Her blood work came back and all is in normal limits.  She also had her spay and dental, is UTD on her shots, has a microchip – she has 2 teeth left but it doesn’t stop her from eating and begging for treats.  Lily Rose is house trained, walks like a lady on a leash and loves to go for walks.

Lucky showed up one night on a neighbor’s front porch — alone and scared, small (8 lbs) and a senior. When he was found, his teeth were in bad condition and both ears were infected, which must have been so painful for him! Even so, he was still very sweet. After a trip to the vet to fix his medical problems, he’s now much happier, even starting to play with chew toys. He’s basically in good health.

My name is Ethel and I am an approximately 7-year-old little girl and an absolute sweetheart…my foster mom tells me so.  I am part Biewer Yorkie. I love to snuggle and to always be near you, especially at night. I love going for walks and having belly rubs are two of my very favorite things to do. 

Finch's story will melt your heart. Hit and dragged by a car he was found bleeding and in agony with a broken femur in a field. He then waited two weeks on a stray hold at the Long Beach shelter for his family to come and get him. They never did.
